Issue with tax and VAT discrepancies after tax change and Last Orders use

When Last Trans on a Member Record is used to add a new order all the old prices and taxes are applied to the products - in Pixel V12 at least.

Remove LastTrans, 2 & 3 fields 

Run the following query in FPB


update dba.member set lasttrans3=null,lasttrans2=null,lasttrans=null
