Assigning a Custom Tax Rate to a specific Product.
It is possible to adjust an individual product within a Report Category to behave differently to the standard setup. This is true for printing and other configuration, but is also possible for VAT rates. The Product Listing by Summary Group report should be checked to ensure that there are none that have been previously adjusted manually that may be missed when the VAT rates in Report Categories are changed. This report can be found in the Listings folder in ReportViewer.
The report will give you a read-out as below, listing all products, some selling prices, and the VAT rates. The rate applied to each product is marked in the column with an ‘X’, as the example below all these products have 23% VAT applied.
