Changing VAT Rates in Point One

Log in with an account with Admin privileges. Go to Open Orders>System Management>System Settings>Reporting&Finance click on Edit VAT Rates:

 

 

If the required VAT rate is not in the list you will have to ‘Add New’ and create it:

 

 

Add a name for ID and the rate as below and click ‘Update’:

 

Go back to your VAT Rates list, highlight the Rate to be changed and click on ‘Change Rate’:

 

 

You will see this screen, where it says ‘to the new rate’ hit the drop arrow and choose the new Rate:

 

 

Click Convert.

 

It will prompt you to ensure you have all settings correct, click ‘Yes’ to convert:
