Windows credentials disappear when station is restarted

Windows Credentials have to be re-entered each time a station restarts, even when saved they disappear each time.

When the credentials box appears for sign-in, rather than just typing username and password as normal, type this instead:  \nameofserver\username  (single backslash each time). Do not type password, then click OK. The sign in window will reappear but will be asking you to sign in to nameofserver\username (eg Posserver\Pixel) now type the password, check the box for 'Remember my Credentials' and click Okay. Credentials should now persist.
